In order to pay the CHEAPEST RATE, bookings need to be made directly via our website (booking below) and not third party booking sites/booking agents (booking.com & airbnb), as these add charges to our rates.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR BOOKINGS

Please email directly to see our availability for Christmas and New Year, we may be able to offer accommodation on a room only basic (no breakfast will be served Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and Day)

*In order to book at our nightly rate you need to book a 2 night minimum stay. If you require a 1 night stay there is a one night stay surcharge.

(1 night stay available Sunday -Thursday only).

FAMILY ROOM - available upon request- up to 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years. Nightly rate for two or more nights is from £200. 1 night bookings for the family room has a surcharge of £40. Contact us directly to book.

BAWDSEY HALL WILDLIFE HIDES - PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCES

If you are wanting to book a Wildlife Experience during your stay please contact us directly so we can check and confirm availability.

Some experiences are listed on Bawdsey Hall Wildlife Photography Hides website and can booked straight away, if not listed please contact us via the enquiry form. If you would like us to call you back please write this on the enquiry form and we can then answer any questions.

*Sending a reservation request does not instantly guarantee that your visit is booked in. It is just a way for you to simply request if the rooms/experiences/courses are available for when you want them. We reply to all requests as soon as possible.

Photography Experiences and Bird ID Course terms and conditions are sent with your booking form.
